All vouchers purchased are valid for one year from the date of purchase and expiry date is printed on the voucher.

Your voucher will automatically expire after 1 year. Vouchers can be extended for a standard fee of £45 but they must be extended prior to the 1 year expiry date. Vouchers can only be extended once and the extension period will be for a further 12 months.

Refunds are available up to 14 days after the date of purchase (cooling off period) as long as the voucher has not been redeemed. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

No refunds or exchanges are offered for any participant who does not show.

There is no refund or cancellation due to extreme weather, we will inform you prior to the day if we are due to cancel due to extreme weather conditions and an alternative date will be offered.

All participants must be of good health, below 6’6” and above 5’0” in height. No refunds will be offered if health circumstances change after the 14 day cooling off period.

We ask that all participants under the age of 18 are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
